Why? Because erections are vital to penis health. Because whenever you get an erection, your circulating testosterone increases, and the blood that fills your penis is the same blood that brings with it vital nutrients that keep your penis healthy.

So, start believing that, regardless of your specific circumstances, erections are natural, enjoyable and great. And whenever you get an erection, it is healthy and not embarrassing at all.

To have erections, your workplace is a great place, and so is the street when you're on your way to work.

In other words, if you start thinking positively about your erections, the next time you want an erection, you will be able to get one easily.

Ride your erections out. Learn to hide them, but at the same time:
  • Enjoy your erections,
  • Enjoy them to their fullest extent, and
  • Never attempt to cut them short.
Whenever you feel an erection is coming on, encourage it, enjoy it, ride it out for as long as you can. And make it last for as long as possible. And this is easier said than done — do not relieve yourself to make it go away. For example, when you wake up in the morning, or when you're watching videos.
