  • Calorie restriction (i.e. eating less) is a highly effective antidote to aging, and you will look younger;
  • When you eat less, there will be a healthy glow on your face, and you will look younger.
So, how can you look younger? Eat less, and you will look younger!

Older people tend to eat bad and unhealthy foods. In part because, according to commercials, you should eat bad and unhealthy foods like potato chips.

Older people experience weight gain, post-carb letdowns, get cancer and many other diseases. In part because, according to the ignorant talking heads of the mainstream media, you should eat high-carb, low-fat, high-fiber and low-protein foods.

So, how can you look younger? Eat well, don't listen to commercials, don't listen to the talking heads of the mainstream media, eat right, and you will look younger!

Exercise!

How can you look younger? Older people tend to avoid physical activities, and pile on tons of make-up. You need to exercise, and exercise every day, because physical activities will preserve your youthful looks. Join the gym, work out every day, keep fit, and you will always look good for your age. Exercise will cost you a lot less than surgical facelifts and the many tons of make-up.

So, how can you look younger? Exercise every day, and you will look younger!

Eyes, baggy

How can you look younger? Older people often have baggy eyes. Baggy eyes (carb face, eye circles, puffy eyes, swelling around the eyes, under-eye circles, periorbital darkness, periorbital puffiness) are fluid build-ups. The underlying causes are iron deficiency, food sensitivities, hypothyroidism, kidney congestion, liver congestion, low hemoglobin, overeating, too much carb, too much potassium, too much salt, too much or too little sleep, or vitamin C deficiency.
