Minimizing the risk

The good news is, there is scientific proof. The British Medical Journal (BMJ) says chocolate is good for the heart, and your risk of heart disease CAN be minimized. Why? Because chocolate is good for the heart. So, eat more chocolate, A) because chocolate is good for the heart, and B) because you will see a 37% reduction in your risk of heart disease. Why? Because chocolate is good for the heart. (1)

What do medical doctors say?

It's a fact that chocolate is good for the heart. (1)

However, let's suppose you've got afib (arrhythmia). If you go to the typical medical doctor, he (or she) will likely tell you to stay away from coffee and chocolate — even when chocolate would be good for your heart. Why?

Reason #1: Medical doctors aren't nutritionists. They don't take nutrition classes in medical school. Therefore they tend to give you bad advice on nutrition. In other words, it's highly unlikely that they will tell you that chocolate is good for your heart.

Reason #2: Given the fact that chocolate is good for the heart, and given the fact that magnesium improves cardiovascular health, medical doctors aren't going to encourage you to eat magnesium-rich foods, such as chocolate. Because, if you found yourself with a perfectly healthy cardiovascular system, then they wouldn't be able make any money off of you.

Therefore they won't tell you that chocolate is good for the heart.   ...More >>
