Thanks to Dukascopy, after making five round-trip trades, I had 5 long and 5 short positions. So I made an additional, expensive, long distance call across the pond, and very politely asked Herr Dreyer about my 10 positions that were not supposed to be open.

Misleadingly he told me that, after five round-trip trades, I should have 10 open positions. Based on this, I must say that giving customers misleading info is one additional reason why Dukascopy sucks.

At that point he started arguing with me if I should or shouldn't have 10 open positions after five round-trip trades. Naturally I resented Herr Dreyer's "the customer is always wrong" attitude, but I didn't tell him what I thought of him and his attitude. And he didn't seem to care about what I thought of him and his attitude. Therefore, I must say that Herr Dryer's attitude is one additional reason why Dukascopy sucks.

Then, erroneously he asserted that it was "just a question of opinion".

Translation: Here at Dukascopy we want you to lose your money. Therefore we employ many dirty tricks. Most of our customers are naive, so we take advantage of that. If the customer questions our attitude, then we simply tell him (or her) that "It's just a question of opinion". If the customer notices how malicious and user unfriendly our platforms are, then we simply tell him (or her) that "It's just a question of opinion".

At that point he recommended that I "merged" my 10 open positions. However, he mislead me when he implied that merging my 10 open positions was the quick, easy and least costly solution for me.
