Red pepperHow can you prevent prostate cancer? Eat red pepper (chili pepper, cayenne pepper).
Why? Because capsaicin has a profound antiproliferative effect on prostate cancer cells.
What is capsaicin? Capsaicin is the the major pungent ingredient and the active component of chili pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper.
On the negative side, capsaicin is an irritant for mammals, including humans, because it produces a sensation of burning in any tissue with which it comes into contact.
However, on the positive side, capsaicin prevents and cures prostate cancer. A peer-reviewed scientific journal article in Cancer Research (a scientific journal) reports that capsaicin:
- Down-regulates the prostate-specific antigen (PSA),
- Inhibits the ability of dihydrotestosterone to activate the PSA,
- Inhibits tumor necrosis in prostate cancer cells, and
- Significantly slows the growth of prostate cancer. (37)
Eat lots of chili pepper, cayenne pepper, or red pepper. Eat it every day, and you will cure and prevent your prostate cancer.
Sexual activityHow can you prevent prostate cancer? Ejaculate more frequently through sexual intercourse, masturbation, or wet dreams; and you will significantly less likely to get prostate cancer.
An American study found that you're significantly less likely to get prostate cancer, if you ejaculate more frequently. The group with the highest lifetime average of ejaculation of 21 times per month was one third less likely to develop prostate cancer than the reference group that ejaculated four to seven times per month. (38)
A smaller Australian study also proved that "masturbation is good for men". (39)
A British study found that frequent masturbation brings increased risk to men in their 20s and 30s, and a decreased risk to men in their 50s. (40)
